Frequently Asked Questions

Can I join Achieve & Aid?

We are always looking for leaders and fundraisers that can help us in our mission to make grants to support local and national charities. Just send us a message if you want to start a campaign or if you want to be considered for our leadership team. Just send us a message to start the process.

What charities can I donate to?

You can donate to one of our partnered charities or choose a local charity to support your own community.

How will I recruit supporters?

Our team will help you design a campaign page with its own URL. You will be able to share that URL in whatever way is easist for you - email, text, or social media all work great.  We will give you tools and templates that will help you reach out to potential supporters.

How can you track your fundraising progress?

Our team will set you up with a campaign thermometer that will be visible on our website and on your campaign page so that you and your supporters can track progress towards your fundraising goal.

How will my supporters make donations when I achieve a goal?

We've partnered with a payment collection platform for nonprofit organizations called Snowball Fundraising that makes it easy, safe and secure for your supporters to make donations via credit card with just a few clicks on your campaign webpage. The platform also allows supporters to securely store their credit card information for even easier future donations.

How will my sponsors know I achieve a goal and make a donation?

Supporters love to hear from our athletes. Each time you have an achievement to celebrate, you'll email, text or post to keep your supporters updated on your progress, and to ask them to commemorate your recent achievement by making a small donation to your campaign.  You'll include a link to your campaign page in each update email, text or post that will allow your supporters to seamlessly make donations.

Are donations tax deductible for supporters?

Yes!  Achieve and Aid is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. That means that all donations that your supporters make are tax deductible, to the extent permitted by law.
